As a Certified Professional Life Coach in the area of health and wellness, I help people actively address their lifestyle choices to achieve better balance and improve their quality of life. I take you from where are you are now to where you want to be, by implementing strategies to overcome obstacles standing in your way. We might discuss your health condition, nutrition, your job, relationships… anything. We are talking about your LIFE and it’s all connected.

Whether you are dealing with a chronic health condition, stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, want to sleep better, eat better, have more fulfilling relationships, or want to lower the risk of developing serious health conditions and/or maintain your current health status, my personalized support helps you implement small changes, little by little, at a pace that’s comfortable for you so you can meet all your goals.

We’ll start with a free introductory call to review your health history and goals. Then you’ll have between one to four personal coaching sessions per month based on the coaching package you select. This is where we uncover what is standing in the way of your goals and then develop new strategies.

Most of us know what we should be doing to improve our health. It is the action where most of us fall short, and this is where I play an integral role as your coach. I clear the murky waters of confusing information thrown at us daily, and help simplify things so making changes is easier and more effective. My educational, professional, and personal experiences are unique assets that I bring to the table to help foster this process.

I offer a free, 30-minute initial consultation to prospective clients and 3 coaching packages.
